Inline Stretch Hooding System - Fully Automatic
The Automatic Inline Stretch Hooding System is a medium throughput palletising machine tailor-made for Australian industry.
The machine uses mechanical arms to stretch (not heat!) a pallet bag over a pallet of goods. When the arms leave, the plastic film fits perfectly around the dimensions of the pallet.
The snug fitting film limits load movement and also protects the palletised products from dust, moisture and other contaminants during transport or storage.
For extra load security, the Inline Stretch Hood machine ensures that the stretch hood film provides great tension in both a horizontal and vertical direction.
The machine is designed for easy placement into an existing conveyor systems without the need for additional conveyor’s – saving time and installation costs!
The Stretch Hooding System is ideal for wrapping palletised products in the wine, cement, brick, block, tile, food or bottle industries.
